Dear Wharton Alumni and Friends,
It was an honor to be asked by Dean Robertson to serve as Co-Chairmen of the Wharton Global Alumni Forum in San Francisco on June 23-24, 2011. We are, accordingly, pleased to invite you to join us and hundreds of other Wharton alumni for what will be a truly memorable occasion. We will be building on the success of 39 previous Forums in locations around the world for what promises to be an extraordinary, globally-focused celebration in this dynamic city.
United by the theme, “Creative Solutions for Global Challenges,” top academics, business and civic leaders, and Wharton alumni from around the globe will convene to address some of the most pressing issues facing humanity today. In addition to stimulating panel discussions, keynote speeches, and master classes taught by Wharton professors, the Forum will offer outstanding social and networking opportunities, leading to an exciting dialogue and a vibrant exchange of ideas.
This is the first combined Wharton Global Alumni Forum to be held in the United States, and we want to assure all of the 13,000+ attendees at previous Forums that this event will provide the same attention to excellent speakers, interesting topics, and conviviality that has characterized the concept from Bogota to Beijing.
We look forward to seeing you in June, and to welcoming you personally to San Francisco.
Sincerely,
