Mr. Krishnan currently serves as the President and CEO of Pinnacle Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company developing critical-care therapeutics for urology, pain management and oncology indications.   Previously, Mr. Krishnan has served in the following capacities: as the Senior Managing Director of Third Security, LLC, a venture capital firm; Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and board member of New River Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:NRPH); President and CEO of Harvest Pharmaceuticals Inc. and as a board member of Biotie Therapies (OMX Helsinki: BTH1V). 

Mr. Krishnan received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
