Craig L. Enenstein is Chief Executive Officer of Corridor Capital, LLC, an operationally-intensive private equity firm focused on control investments in specialty manufacturing, business services and environmental services industries. He has a hands-on orientation to investing with extensive experience developing and driving growth strategies, performing operational improvements and cost reductions, managing turnarounds and facilitating highly complex strategic consortia investments. He works very closely with entrepreneurs to maximize their business growth prospects. Mr. Enenstein founded Corridor Capital in September 2005.
Previously, Mr. Enenstein served as the Chief Investment Officer of Omninet Capital, LLC, a diversified investment firm, concentrating in the areas of private equity, venture capital, real estate, and asset management. Omninet Capital is the family office for individuals involved in the creation of Qualcomm. At Omninet Capital, Mr. Enenstein led the turnaround, investment, and sale of AirPrime, Inc., as well as two other successful turnarounds of manufacturers. Mr. Enenstein led the Omninet investment to take control of Paramount Scaffold, the leading unionized commercial scaffolder in South California, where he implemented strategic and operational changes in partnership with the CEO.

Prior to joining Omninet Capital in April 2002, Mr. Enenstein was the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at Liberty Digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: LDIG), a diversified media company with control and minority investments in media programming, Internet infrastructure and interactive television. Mr. Enenstein was responsible for leading the development and implementation of mergers and acquisitions and venture capital investment activities, overseeing the corporate business strategy and business development efforts and aiding in crafting the strategic direction of the company. Together with his team, he invested over $400 million across two dozen buyout and venture capital transactions. Mr. Enenstein built numerous strategic and financial investment consortia through extensive work in the broadband infrastructure venture capital space. He also led the company’s acquisition of 50% of the Game Show Network from Sony Pictures Entertainment.

Prior to joining Liberty Digital in 1999, Mr. Enenstein held positions at Knowledge Universe, LLC, an education investment fund led by Michael Milken, Lowell Milken and Larry Ellison. There, he managed acquisitions and venture investments and monitored portfolio positions across a broad array of education-focused companies. Mr. Enenstein also served as a strategy consultant for both Bain & Co. and LEK Consulting. Before his M.B.A., he worked in import-export and travel related businesses tied to Japan.


Mr. Enenstein holds an M.B.A from The Wharton School, an M.A. in International Studies from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Control Devices, LLC (Chairman), TrashMasters, LLC (Chairman), MIH Holdings, the Wharton Alumni Executive Board of Directors (Chairman), Wharton Private Equity Partners (global board and Southern California founder and co-Chariman) and Telcentris, Inc. as well as the Honorary Committee of the University of California at Berkeley Incentive Awards Program for Los Angeles. Mr. Enenstein is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
